1:00 - Natural Soap Products – Kiernan Rushford from Shiny Hiney Soaps, East Longmeadow, MA will speak on the benefits of using natural products – Good for your skin… naturally.
2:00 – Healthy Eating Habits – Gabrielle Riola, RD – Registered Dietician from Nurturing Nutrition, South Windsor, CT will explain the benefits of eating healthy giving you a list of “must haves” for your kitchen pantry.
3:00 - Karoun Yoga Tool Belt - Karoun Charkoudian, Owner of Karoun Yoga Studio in Downtown Springfield will teach you how to deal with stress while having fun at the same time. Within an energized and upbeat atmosphere, participants will learn the “Karoun Yoga Tool-Belt," simple breathing and stretching exercises to be used anytime, anywhere. Once the body is open and relaxed, Karoun will conclude with a grounding and quieting meditation - participants will feel revived, connected, and at peace.
4:00 – Vision Board Assembly – Mary-Anne DiBlasio, Holistic Practitioner, Western Mass Wellness will teach you the benefits of putting together a Vision Board and offer some tips and tricks to help manifest your dreams.
There will be our annual summer sale… all jewelry items are Buy one get one (of lesser value) half off. And, our soy candles are back!!! We have container candles, votives and even some tealights!!! And, we now have a local Avon representative that will have current books available to order from. They are now offering some great new all natural products along with a new line of Mineral Make-up (comparable to Bare Escentuals)!!!
Also at the Open House will be Maribeth McNair from Tarot Care, RI our very own Happy Medium giving intuitive readings. $25 per 15 minutes (and worth every penny!) Slots are filling fast, call to reserve your spot.
